Maison Louis Latour Hosted Wine Dinner

If you are already a Burgundy lover (Pinot Noir and/or Chardonnay) then this is the dinner for you. If you have only dabbled with Pinot or Chard in the US or have felt uncomfortable wading-in due to the complexity and snobbery around Burgundy - then this is also the dinner for you. Where else will you be able to connect directly with the winery in a comfortable setting and talk one-on-one to answer your questions, learn a thing or two and sample outstanding expressions from 2016 - 2020 paired with an incredible six courses of Chef Ivan's masterful? This is a rarity of events, we can barely contain our excitement.

Wines to be featured at the event:
Louis Latour Pouilly Fuisse Blanc
Louis Latour Puligny Montrachet Premier Cru Sous le Puits
Louis Latour Aloxe-Corton Premier Cru Les Chaillots
Louis Latour Corton-Grancey Grand Cru

Louis Latour Corton Charlemange Grand Cru

Château Léoville Poyferré Wine Dinner

Château Léoville Poyferré dates back to 1638! Originally shared with Château Léoville Las Cases, the estate in its current form since 1920- and was one of the first Châteaus to focus on innovation in the vineyard. These innovations rapidly showcased the investment in bottle with outstanding quality. These quality initiatives were further enhanced by the full investment in facility upgrades in 2014 - and wow is the improvement noticed in these more recent vintages - earning near 100pt scores back to back! Join us for this incredible dinner of six courses featuring a five wine vertical of the Château's most highly acclaimed recent vintages expertly paired with Chef Ivan's beautiful creations!

Château Margaux Wine Dinner

Château Margaux, arguably the most iconic wine in history with iconic fans like President Thomas Jefferson. Over the many years I have visited the Château, during En Premier or a more relaxed exploration, I have never had the honor to go shopping in their cellars to select the exact vintages for what will be one of the most memorable wine dinners in Arizona.  This will be a wine dinner never to forget, starting with a heralded wine from the 1980s as we move forward through time.

Hosted by Château Margaux's Deputy Managing Director, he will take us through a once in a lifetime experience, as we journey through time with one of the most recognizable, historic and important Chateaus in the world all expertly prepared by our masterful Chef to tantalize the senses. The wines are all ex-Château (very rare) which is critical when buying and drinking aged wines - not to mention, these wines have been left in their cellar untouched in perfect condition for decades!

Below is the lineup pending any unforeseen complications:

Château Margaux Pavillon Blanc 2018

Château Margaux Pavillon Rouge 2005

Château Margaux Pavillon Rouge 2009

Château Margaux 2000

Château Margaux 2009

Château Margaux 1996
