Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Burgundy Wine Dinner 2

Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey or PYCM dinner was such a hit, we decided to add another for those that were unable to book before it sold out. This time around we are adding two Caroline Morey wines to the dinner, Pierre's wife, as a fun comparison. Instead of focusing on their Premier Crus, we will focus on the recently released 2020 vintage of their Village wines from Chassagne Montrachet, Puligny Montrachet, Saint Aubin and Santenay (and one Premier Cru). For us Burgundy wine drinkers, this is a really fun treat to experience a horizontal from such a coveted producer - all in one setting paired exquisitely with Chef Ivan's magical creations.

40 Years of Château Ducru Beaucaillou wine dinner

Join us before Thanksgiving madness for a magical evening hosted by the Chateau as we journey through Four Decades of Château Ducru-Beaucaillou. We will go deep in history through personally selected top vintages from the past four decades- 1986, 1995, 2000, 2015, 2016 & 2018 equating to eight tremendous expressions expertly paired with tantalizing creations from Chef Ivan. Dating back over 300 years, the Château owes its name to the quartz pebbles that were deposited over two million years ago producing some of the most recognizable wines in the world -and the critics agree with 100pt wines, vintage after vintage
