Burgundy Wine Dinner
If you are part of the 'I Don't Like Pinot' group as they are too thin and boring or it just seems too confusing to navigate on your own, we are about to blow your mind. These Pinot Noirs from northern Burgundy are just the wines for you. These wines are beautifully complex, fully structured and in their youth, deliver incredible primary flavors that can be paired with all types of food, not just delicate fish dishes (yes even with hearty meat dishes). The Domaine builds the wines for early enjoyment, but the real treasure comes with age, lifting them to an entirely new level of refinement and complexity. With Premier Crus from both Chambolle-Musigny and Morey St Denis, the wine dinner will encompass wines with power and finesse to more masculine powerful darker fruit... and with age you achieve some spicy leathery/truffle goodness... now layer in mouthwatering creations from Chef Ivan- A night not to be missed!
Best Wines Of The World Dinner
What to do for Anhelo's birthday? Well why not do what we do best and put together a wine event like no other! Let's open some of the best wines in the world paired with simple goodness from Chef Ivan in a comfortable unpretentious setting where the simplicity and elegance of the food will allow these unicorn's to do what they do best-, stun while evoking personal emotions. Ok so what can we expect and at what cost? How about at half of what you would think? Sound too good to be true, well it is because we only have a handful of seats available.

Might as well start the night off with Dom Perignon to wet the lips and get us in the mood for what is to come! We will follow that up by a couple of Premier Cru White Burgs from Domaine Leflaive & Roulot, then move to the reds, 2007 Domaine de la Romanee-Conti RSV Grand Cru and then on to the other king of Grapes with a Chateau Lafite plus a Chateau Latour and put those two up against two Domestic competition of Colgin and Harlan's Promontory.

Guaname Hosted Mexican Winery Dinner
Always in search of the very best wines in every category and price point, we have searched high and low for high quality, reasonably priced Mexican wines to bring to Anhelo. The winery is not in Baja California where a large number of US imported Mexican wines originate, rather in the center of the country in an ideal climatic zone. Situated at 1,800 meters above sea level with warm days and cool nights allow for a diverse varietal composition: Cabernet, Malbec, Merlot, Moscatel, Syrah, Tempranillo.
With only 10+ years of production, they are already receiving international acclaim. Guanamé was awarded Grand Gold Medal at Concours Mondial de Brussels 2024 with Pájaro Azul 2020. Grand Gold Medal at Bacchus Madrid 2024 with Guanamé Sauvignon Blanc 2023 to just name a few.
Come join us for a first of its kind event in Arizona and see what these wines are all about through the lens of the owner and what is in the glass.
Château Margaux Wine Dinner
Château Margaux, arguably the most iconic wine in history with iconic fans like President Thomas Jefferson. Over the many years I have visited the Château, during En Premier or a more relaxed exploration, I have never had the honor to go shopping in their cellars to select the exact vintages for what will be one of the most memorable wine dinners in Arizona. This will be a wine dinner never to forget, starting with a heralded wine from the 1980s as we move forward through time.
Hosted by Château Margaux's Deputy Managing Director, he will take us through a once in a lifetime experience, as we journey through time with one of the most recognizable, historic and important Chateaus in the world all expertly prepared by our masterful Chef to tantalize the senses. The wines are all ex-Château (very rare) which is critical when buying and drinking aged wines - not to mention, these wines have been left in their cellar untouched in perfect condition for decades!
Below is the lineup pending any unforeseen complications:
Château Margaux Pavillon Blanc 2018
Château Margaux Pavillon Rouge 2005
Château Margaux Pavillon Rouge 2009
Château Margaux 2000
Château Margaux 2009
Château Margaux 1996
Château Margaux 1989
