From Napa’s most revered vineyard sites comes a dinner hosted by the estate itself, a night for those who chase the extraordinary. Impensata wines ~ Festina Lente, make haste slowly. Château Angelus
The wine of Bond, James Bond. The pride of Saint-Émilion, Right Bank and all of Bordeaux. The sound of the bell that signals the beginning of greatness. An evening hosted by Château Angélus, one of the most iconic and collectible wines on Earth, rarely experienced in a setting like this, never forgotten. If you love Bordeaux or simply love wine, this is the iconic producer to experience with the château in a one-on-one setting. Also to note, they are not open to the public for tastings in Bordeaux making this truly a once-in-a-lifetime evening. History pours only for a few.

Fairchild Estate & Stones
We invite you to join us for this opening chapter. Seating is extremely limited and will take place within the intimacy of our private dining room. With immense pleasure, we share the next chapter of our Anhelo Wine Dinner Series, to be held in our newly built home in Old Town Scottsdale. This space was created with intention, brick by brick, to host evenings of beauty, discovery, and unforgettable memories. Our series will unfold quietly, sometimes revealed in whispers as details fall into place, and other times spilled early, because well, no other reason than we are bad at keeping secrets. If you’ve joined us before, you know the journey: evenings with Cheval Blanc, Vice Versa, Château Margaux, Petrus & Le Pin, Opus One & Dominus, Krug & Dom Pérignon, DRC & Rousseau, Italy with truffles, bubbles with caviar... moments that have lingered long after the glasses were emptied. This season, our path winds through Napa, Burgundy, Champagne, Bordeaux and beyond all from wineries that share a personal relationship we would like to share. And so, we begin where my own story began. On December 4th, we open with a wine that marked one of my first encounters with the kind of wine that changes you. I first tasted it intimately, at a kitchen table in Napa Valley, poured by the owner himself. That wine was from The Fairchild Estate (Stones), and it feels only right to honor that memory by beginning our series with their extraordinary expressions. Every element of this evening, from vineyard to winemaking to the vessel cradling the wine, will embody uncompromising excellence.

Cirq & CHEV
Michael Browne, the genius who co-founded Kosta Browne, sold it, and then went, “You know what? I can do even better”, invites you into his most intimate creations: Cirq and CHEV. These are not just wines; they are the distillation of vision, obsession, and terroir. Cirq: Born from Michael’s restless artistry, a small-batch, single-vineyard obsession with Pinot Noir, electrified by the Russian River Valley’s finest soils. Only one label. Pure excellence in the glass. CHEV: A luxurious exploration of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, rooted in the Russian River Valley, Michael’s “Garden of Eden” yet daring enough to seek out terroirs beyond. A five-course culinary journey, each dish meticulously paired with five remarkable wines earning scores from 94–99 points (plus bubbles, because we’re civilized… allegedly) and culminating in the unveiling of a decade-old library wine, released from Michael’s private vault for this occasion alone.
